Asia Bar Review prides itself on its client service levels. We offer foreign evaluation services to guide you through the process with ease. Section 520.6 of the Rules of the Court of Appeals contains the eligibility requirements for applicants who wish to qualify for the New York State bar examination based on the study of law in a foreign country. The New York Board of Examiner will not commence review until it is in receipt of all required foreign documentation. Such applicants should allow at least six months from the date of the Board's receipt of all of the necessary documentation for a decision to be made.

*We strongly advise clients to wait until you have received a determination before submitting an application to sit for the examination and paying the $750 application fee since the New York Board will not refund if a determination cannot be made in time forsuch exam or if it is later determined that the applicant is ineligible.
